Natural History - Studio shoot
Producer reference March 2023:
I am delighted to share my experience with Project Jellyfish, who helped set up a Natural History studio shoot for a major broadcaster. Project Jellyfish only provided very healthy jellyfish but also joined us for the entirety of the shoot to assist in the multiple filming setups, and to take care of and handle the jellyfish for filming. It was clear they had previous experience in studio filming. What could have been a complicated shoot became incredibly smooth, streamlined and hassle-free. They provided guidance on the best way to set up the aquariums and the jellyfish within them to achieve all of our filming objectives, whilst maintaining wellbeing of the animals. Their expertise and experience were invaluable and greatly contributed to the success of the shoot.
One of the standout features of Project Jellyfish was the quality of their specimens. We had very specific aesthetic objectives for filming, Ruth's jellyfish were incredibly healthy and vibrant, making for a visually stunning shoot. Ruth is clearly very passionate and experienced in rearing, caring and handling jellyfish, this was reflected in the excellent condition of the animals.
Throughout the process, Project Jellyfish was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had and were proactive in ensuring everything ran smoothly. Overall, I would highly recommend this jellyfish supplier for anyone looking to set up a natural history studio shoot or to simply purchase high-quality jellyfish. Their attention to detail, commitment to quality, and experience in studio filming made for a seamless and enjoyable experience. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
